Heads up, entrepreneurs! In this new episode of the Influential Entrepreneur, Ashley Monk and Mary Bicknell talk about transforming belief systems that free entrepreneurs, especially women in business, from limiting their success. Mary is an LCSW, speaker, business owner and founder of The 5% Club, through which she provides support to women entrepreneurs and helps them become top-earners.
In our modern world right now we think that we have moved away from so many irrational belief systems, but as Ashley and Mary take a closer look at their coaching experiences, they discover that a lot of entrepreneurs, most importantly women in business, are still caught up in the mire of people’s judgment. Achieving new levels of success somehow looks scary from where they are viewing it. Mary points out that entrepreneurs tend not to trust themselves because they have been listening to everybody else. Most have not realized yet that a mindset shift is necessary at this point.
